Every Switchboard.uk Team account starts with one user licence and one dedicated business phone number, giving your business everything needed to start making and receiving business calls.
You can choose two, three, four or more user licences when you place your first order. Every licence includes its own dedicated inbound and outbound business phone number, so your team can begin with the number of users it needs from day one.
If you need more users later, contact our Sales or Support team. Each additional user licence costs £10 per month and includes its own dedicated business phone number. We will add the new licences to your existing Team account, so you can continue managing everyone through the same dashboard.
Each user receives 2,000 UK minutes every month and can use up to four devices simultaneously, allowing your team to answer business calls through supported mobile and desktop apps wherever they work.
Calls to one shared business number can also be answered by different members of staff using Ring Groups. This helps your business answer more calls while presenting one clear contact number to customers.
